Euro lock secure replacement

Hi guys, I wish to replace a Euro lock on our Village Hall door with a more secure lock, and would like to use a Mul-T-Lock, which do a suitable size (41mm). the Lock is a half lock, keyed from outside only with a pad handle internally to unlock. However, it is very easy to forget to re-lock the door when entering, and, as has already happened, leaving it in this state on leaving.

Is anyone aware of a Euro lock replacement, (Mul-T-Lock or other type) which is of the same profile, but with a spring loaded key operation, such that the door cannot be left unlocked when closed, similar to a Yale cylinder lock operation.

Failing that, is there a "key retaining" Euro lock replacement that only allows key removal in the locked position?
