I need to replace a PVC euro cylinder lock which is unlocked in the door; but I do not have the key. How can I do this?

THANKS

Unfortunately your in a similar situation to if the door was locked. You still need to be able to rotate the lock to line up the cam and remove it.
So without the key lock snapping is your best option. Take the inside handle off, Grab the lock with some mole grips or pliers and bend it side to side until it snaps.
Note that there is always a small chance of damaging the rest of the door mechanism this way.
