Hi. The floor paint over the years has come off with wear and tear mainly from car tyres so I'm going to put rubber matting down - be nice to have a clean / 'undusty' environment for table tennis too.
I'm looking at a thick floor mat 4.5mm on a 6m roll and also now at Duramat interlocking tiles.
My doubts are that the tiles 12mm thick, which sounds good, are not solid rubber having a grid nature underneath and therefore air pockets. One reviewer suggested that having parked the car overnight impressions were left / dents.
Can anyone comment from experience or technical knowledge please ?
