Building extension with attached garage, understand it must have a min 100mm step down.

Is it possible to install water underfloor heating?

If so, with what finish? Presume standard liquid/sand & cement screed won't be sufficient to take the loads of a vehicle.

Or lay the pipes in the concrete?

Any thoughts thanks?

FYI you don't need a step nowadays if you slope the floor away from your internal door.
