Garage roofing

I have just had a garage roof fitted. Fibre Cement sheets. In some areas from inside the garage looking up the sheets look damp, although they are not letting water through and dripping should this be the case.

Also, a couple of areas where the sheets are touching wooden beams these beams are damp. Have the sheets failed?

condensation would be your best bet!

Thanks. Just realised I have posted in an incorrect section, sorry about that.

I have to admit it does look a lot worse than condensation. Tonight with heavy rain in the south water is now coming through the sheets.

are you using these as a roof or a liner as this type of board can be or are porus.
do you have more detail on the product.
