Garage Wall Ventilators - Covering Up

Hi,

hope you can help.

Ive just completed a garage conversion and building standards will not sign off until I "remove the existing garage wall ventilators and suitably fill in to avoid cold spots and dampness from wind driven rain penetration"

Theres three vents measuring approx 200mm x 200mm

Dont really want to remove and brick up as my brick is discontinued and it was a nightmare getting bricks for the conversion in the first place.

Would it be possible just to cover it or fill them in??? Any advice on products to use would be great as want it to be tidy looking.

i would defo look to using brick! i cant really think of a way to cover over the vents which would look tidy.
