just a single garage not especially big havent really thought about sizes just typical single size, no window but want a back door on it.and a pitch roof i think? its for a house im looking to buy but it doesnt have a garage, which i need for my bike
Approx £5000+ depending what area you're from. Precast concrete garage would be a lot cheaper as it doesn't need footing,just a 4" base and you could put your own pitch roof on it.
Info: You can buy a concrete panel size 2m x 400mm for £30+vat , nuts & bolts them together , buy a garage door & back door then put a pitch roof on top. Bingo ! cheap garage !
