Hey everyone. I am just about to start building a garden office. It’s being build on ground screws - guys coming next week. I’ll be putting PIR in between the joists, then OSB.
Question: any advantage in putting Tyvek underneath the joists and PIR to protect the underneath of the joists, given I am only raising them 50mm up from ground level (to comply with the 2.5m permitted development rule). And what about pads of dpm between the joists and the bearer pads on the screws. Any help much appreciated.
