Hi everyone
I’m a diy enthusiast and not an expert, I try and plan and research as much as possible.
I am building a garden room for my son 5m x 3m.
Blockwork wall plate and joists completed.
I intend adding Furrings to top of joists with thick end 35mm and this end 2mm.
I intend fitting an epdm rubber roof to the osb boards.
My question is about fitting the fascia boards.
My intention was to fit the fascia board flush with top of osb boards to allow installation of rubber.
I can’t think of another way of doing it ?
Any advice gratefully received
