Hi,

Can I get some advice on a corrugated roof which may have asbestos in it?

I have a few leaks in the garage roof, and to replace the corrugated roof will cost a lot. Is there a product that I can paint the roof over to stop the leaks?

Asbetsos that's breaking down really is a hazard, but if you can't get it removed professionally, it's often better to leave it and do what's called 'encapsulating' which effectively glues it all together to stop the fibres drifting free.
There's a good article here: www.simplifydiy.com/building-works/asbestos which suggests stuff called Idenden ET150 or Serpiflex to do this encapsulating business.
