Leaking between garage roof and house wall

Hi,

Looking for some advice on how to stop a leak on our garage roof. As you can see from the photo, some pieces of mortar/cement have broken off where the roof joins the wall of our neighbour's house. This is exposing the edge of the corrugated (asbestos) roof and rain water is leaking in.

Not wanting to spend much on it, just want it to be water tight!

Maybe new mortar on top? Won't be cheap if you have to access using scaffold.

Acropol ! might need a bit of matting if any large cracks.

Access is a potential issue. Had thought about new mortar, but don't want the cost of scaffold. Could acropol/other roofing compound be applied using an extended brush somehow?

Not necessarily. Rope and bravery could work. Rope to hold on to while up there. Otherwise, I don't see any repair will last or even work.
