Hi

I am trying to find the regulations relating to the flue outlet on a domestic gas boiler. Specifically, how far away from a neighbours property the flue should be positioned?

Many thanks in advance.

Fan flued firing towards the boundary is 600mm gas regs and 2500mm new building regs.

Adjacent to the boundary is 300mm.

thanks for the quick reply.

it is firing towards the boundary and is not a new build, although the boiler was the first to be installed in the property.

600m is a bit of a bugger, but if that is the law then thats the law.

MAny thanks.
