Gas Boiler

I have a gas boiler that is only 3 1/2 years old.
When it gets frosty or icy, the gas when the boiler starts, surged for about 15=20 minutes.

How can I stop this?

Make, model, what do you mean by 'surges'?

Hi Dave,
Thanks for your response.

It is a Potterton Suprima. The surge is, the gas comes in at a much higher rate than normal and makes the boiler vibrate.

As this sounds totally gas related I can only advise to call in an RGI to inspect the boiler. Sorry.
