Us Electricans should have our own section of the form to exclude DIYers (Incuding Gas fitters without sufficient electrical provenance) then???
so who would show you how to wire up Y and S plans properly if you bar gas fitters ?
It’s not rocket science! It’s relativity simple wiring just a bit more than the basics and any Electrician conversant with two way switching of more complicated layouts could walk it!
unfortunately experience doesnt show that
lost count of the amount of jobs i have attended were sparks cant even get their heads round the difference in switched lives /permanent lives and what they do within a CH system
Oh yes I’ve met some too (Sparks and “Sparks” )
