Do you know what the timers under the boilers are controlling ? it really needs someone that knows what their doing to be in front of the boilers, as already said it will be something straight forward.

the first box is Hot Water and Central Heating the box next to it is for heating the swimming pool

Control wiring's probably mucked up !

Seen it before on swimming pool insts, worst one demand on ......valves closed !!!! boiler fired up dumped excess pressure through blow off and then locked out due to oheat.

You just need someone there that knows what their doing virtually impossible to guess whats wrong, in front of it probably simple to fix !!!!
