gas supply in porch

Hi everyone

My problem is that my porch which i must stress has been up for 9 years and is in the correct 3m high and 3m squared restrictions has a gas pipe near the inner door. This pipe then enters the wall directly into a cupboard which houses the gas meter. My porch is double glazed with no vent or air brick. Is my porch legal? :?
