hi all.

I was just after a bit of info if anyone could help me.
Before i bought my house the previous owners had a bathroom downstairs but they turned it into a spare room and moved the bathroom upstairs.
im looking to turn this back into a bathroom. i am going to supply my own bathroom suite but would anyone have a rough idea of how much this would cost from a builder.

find the old plumbing and connect new pipes and waste.
fit an electric shower, sink and toilet.
tile the floor and walls
put some electrics in for another light.

iv been qouted £2500 for the work if im supplying the suite and he provides everything else.
does this sound ok?

As Seco said you can only price what you can see. Get another quote, like for like, and compare them.
