The boiler starts burner comes on for few seconds and then goes off and few seconds does the same and so on, there is a clicking noise :?
 
Hmm...are we back to the reed switch again? What was done about the last fault?

the last one was the main flow thermistor, the reed switch was ok on the 23 genus, this one is clicking on and off all the time
 
You shouldnt be working on your friends boiler. Tell them to get a boiler man round

if you have got an answer for this problem it's very nice, you don't know it might be a test!!!!

We dont do "tests" or advise people working out of scope.

thanks to Ariston technical they sort it out, and it wasn't the reed switch, it was a lot simpler :D
