According to the Lease for my falt, I'll need to get permission for the following that I plan to do:
New hole in wall for kitchen extractor fan
New hole in bathroom for extractor fan
New hole for gas boiler flue

Has anyone had to ask for this permission from the freeholder and if so, did you get charged?

Anyone's experineces of this would be greatly appreciated :)

You should not expect to be charged for these simple items, unless the lease allows for it

The lessor would only normally charge an admin fee if the work was more involved and required further checking and recording etc
