Getting Some Old Rads Taken Away

I need to get rid of 3 old house radiators nothing fancy just stelrad ones. Only have a small car and cant fit them in that, local council wants £55 to take them away, not been able to get hold of scrap metal company yet. Generally though are rads like this worth anything scrap or should I expect to pay to get them taken away ? Im in Harrow if anyone fancies taken them off my hands, will throw in a old but working flymo mower as well rads and flymo are free !
