Gledhill Boilermate 2 System has become very noisy

Hi, Could anyone help? I have a gledhill boilermate2 system, It is 16 years old and works great, the central heating and hot water is great. But the system has become very noisy, its seems to be a pressure issue. if you turn the hot,cold water, flush the toilet the pipes vibrate in the en suit bathroom. water sprays out of the tap even when the tap is off, but if you turn this tap on while this is happening it releases the pressure and stops. when we have a shower we have to turn this tap on slightly and it does not happen. Please help.
