gloss finishing ceramic tile

Hello! This is my first post here. Our ceramic tile was layed after Andrew in 1993. It was never sealed by the contractor. It has become very dull as it was not gloss to begin with. The grout was antique white...now closer to black! Anyway I bleached, scrubbed, double rinsed and wet vac'd.
After it was dry I put on 4 coats of HI GLOSS FLOOR FINISH that I purchased from BJ's. It was beautiful! I mopped today with water a little vinigar and its starting to come up all ready.

NOW WHAT?

I am assuming I should have used something for a nonporus floor. And I guess I am going to have to strip the floors agian.
Please tell me what to use.
