Hi, I finally got the problem with my glow worm 24ci combi fixed( hw running hot and cold every few seconds, see posts over last 2 months) It turned out to be a clogged dhw heat exchanger , as suggested by several helpful people on this site. I thought it might be helpful to mention to others with this problem that it was possible to remove the H.E from below the boiler after removing the cold water supply inlet pipe. This saved lots of hassle as the manual says flow meter, gas valve and other bits have to be removed first. I didnt even have to buy a new H.E as we were able to flush out black debris from the old one. Thanks once again to all, on this great site. Jocojohn
