Boiler is glow worm ultimate 3. Programmer is Drayton LP522
In the middle of the night when the boiler is supposed to be fast asleep, it fires up and a few seconds later produces a flashing F85 fault. Doesn't happen every night but most
I have given up trying to fault the F85, replaced both temp sensors, checked their position on pipes, checked wiring. Concentrating now on why it suddenly fires up in the middle of the night.
I replaced Drayton LP112 with LP522, no change.
I even video’d the boiler display all night and saw that at 4.55 am a flame symbol appeared, temp rose couple of degrees then F85 ( all in couple of seconds)
It has happened at least once during the day time when no call from programmer.
When I press reset on boiler all back to normal till the next similar episode.
Run out of ideas now, only main cct board to think about. Anyone know of any boiler cct board repair services.
