glow worm flexicom

hi all
our flexicom has gradually over the last few weeks stopped giving hot water when the taps are fully open. we can only get hot water when the tap is turned low and practically trickling out. if we turn the tap pressure up the boiler stops firing and the water runs cold. the central heating seems to be working ok though at the moment.
any help appreciated

sounds like the plate heat exchanger is blocked or restricted, likely because the system is dirty.

no as long as you have isolated and drained the water its a doddle

ok. thanks for that.
so to drain it, do i turn off water and use the prv lever to empty it? once empty do i fill with the filling loop or ami barking upthe wrong tree
