glow worm micron 50 ff central heating ok but no hot water

please please reply

i have a glowwrom micron 50 ff about 6 years old. the central heating works fine but we have no hot water. if you know why please reply. Also i dont have a clue about boilers so any explanations would be gratefully recieved.

i have the boiler in my kitchen, a giant square looking boiler mate in my bedroom and a bucket looking thing in my roof... if that is any help.

I would say its a fault with the boilermate.

Depending on what model it is, it could be the dhw pump has stuck or is knackered.
