glow worm swift flow 80

Can any body help !! I have a problem with a swift flow 80. ch works fine, but the dhw has a slow flow rate but does get hot at lower flow rate ,can i increase the flow rate and temp. :confused: :confused:

check the valves underneath the boiler as the cold water inlet may be throttled down a bit with this valve. There are 2 screws on the valves, one is a drain screw and the other is for the ball valve and should be in line with the valve body. if it is at an angle, that is the reason for the slow flow rate. however, it may have been throttled down to get the water temperature hotter by the previous tennant/owner. the slower the water goes through the boiler, the hotter the water will be on these boilers. If you can afford it, get a new boiler.
 
Thanks for that JEZZY. All valves are fully open and the throttle is fully open , the flow rate when on dhw is good the problem seems to be that the the water is only getting hot when the flow is slowed right down. Glow worm tech-support seem to think it may be a scaling problem in the heat exchanger!! If so how do you remove the scaling. Thanks in advance.
