I have a glowworm express 100 boiler and it keeps dropping down to zero water pressure, i put a glass on pipe running outside from the safety valve or pressure relief valve and the glass does fill up with water. Does this mean it is the valve thats gone faulty or could it be something else in the boiler. Any help very grateful.

Your glass is filling up because the pressure relief valve has opened. It may just be the PRV has a bit of dirt stuck on it, these only ever open at 3 bar so why has it opened? Expansion vessel faulty? Get someone to look at it, could be a number of things, no quick fix i'm afraid.

thanks for that you said the relief valve opens at 3 bar but i forgot to mention it also goes into the glass when the boiler is not in use, when only at 1.5 bar so could have dirt in the valve.
