Glowworm EP30F not igniting

My boiler has recently struggled to kick in and had to turn off and on the hot water to get it to start but doesn't start at all now, Iv had a quick look and there is i pilot flame but the igniter keeps sparking and doesnt ignite the main burner, Iv had no experience with boilers and don't really have a clue have they work in detail, I'm thinking it could be the gas valve or thermocouple but could be completely wrong! Any help or advice of what to check etc would be great.

sounds like you are a complete novice at DIY, a gas boiler is not the place to start, I would advise you to get a boiler engineer to sort it out.

its not rectifying, now if you don't know what that means, then its time to call someone out as suggested. Could be a number of things and guessing will probably be more costly then getting an expert diagnosis.
