glowworm pilot problem

my glowworm fuelsaver mark11 has aproblem with the pilot light cutting out.
i replaced the thermocouple and it worked for a few days.now the problem has returned. the pilot goes out as the gas valve solenoid clicks in and this happens on both heating and hot water. i have also blown out the the pilot light and it seems clean. any ideas?

I doubt that the problem ever went away!

As suggested, you need a competent boiler engineer who can diagnose the problem and repair it safely.
