Hi,
I really need some help, we have a Glowworm Swiftflow boiler (don't know if we have a 100/120 or 75/80)
It is a dinosaur!
The pilot light has gone out and I have no idea what to do!
Can someone explain what I should do?
Here is a picture of the boiler front

Folow the instruction on the boiler front to relight, this involves turning the right hand gas valve control to the small flame position and push and hold in, press and release the left hand ignition button several times until you see the small pilot flame through the veiwing window continue to hold down the right hand button for 30 seconds, then release, if the pilot stays alight, turn the right hand gas valve control to the large flame position, the boiler should now light when there is demand for heating or hot-water, if not call a gas engineer ;)
