Hi,

Can anyone help with my boiler issue!!!
The boiler runs the hot water and central heating, at present the CH is working fine. The timer controll advances the CH switches on and the boiler flames into life.
The problem is when I only want the hot water to run, the timer control clicks in but the boiler does nothing!!!!
I have replaced the electronic programmer (lifestyle) LP522, but I still get the same problem......
Any ideas.

1. Do you have a three port valve or two separate motorised valves?
2. When you select hot water only, is the tank stat confirmed as calling for heat?

need a little more information. prabably an external control/valve problem, but more info to clarify?

Thanks for the reply, the system uses two external motorized vales. One for the CH and teh other for HW.
I had a problem with the Honeywell motorized valve before but managed to get it to work after stripping it down and cleaning it.
I'm not sure how to answer your point 2!!

If I switch on the emersion heater, elecrical, the water heat up ok.

Does this help?
