I use the TLC branded planks which are a vinyl system recreating wood floors. Normally i will over board older tongue and groove floors, so i have always had a new clean surface to work on.
My mate wants me to lay this down on his new build and he has the caber type flooring down.
Do you still need to over board this level surface with say 5mm ply or are you ok to just lay onto it (cleaned before hand etc)
