just a DIYer, and redoing a cloakroom and replumbing found the prices to be very good, and the sales support has been excellent with good advice for a DIYer and they are happy to advise
Purchased around £250 of stuff

and excellent pricing compared to Screwfix/Toolstation , only issue is that I cannot simply return stufff , like screwfix/toolstation , so ordering items JUST IN CASE , had to be factored in
