hi I have a grant vortex 15/26-s boiler I have hot water under floor heating is working but the radiators up stairs are cold anybody got any ideas

1) Check the system pressure if Sealed system
2) Under floor and Radiators will be served by separate circuits so
check the time switches, Room Stats and Zone valves
TBH mentioning that you have a Grant Vortex Boiler was pointless
as it is clear that this is operating without fault!!
