Grass is looking yellow

Hi all

I laid new turf in my garden last summer and it was looking lovely and green, gave it an initial feed and an autumn feed, however over the past few weeks the grass is looking yellow in parts across the whole lawn - I have attached a pic below

Is this normal in the winter - or does it need some treatment/feed although I thought you should not feed it in the winter months?

it does also look like it has some damage from a blunt mower though
