I have a gravity fed heating system. Its very old, but works fine. I recently had the boiler replaced and during the job the installer pointed out to me various shut off valves. He made a passing comment that "and that one shuts off the feed to the radiators."
I've never been able to just have the hot water on, or so I thought. Is it just that simple? shutting of the valve leaving the pump running? or am I likely to blow the thing up?
Any help greatly appreciated.
