The main gearbox is pre greased by the manufacturer of the mechanism NOT the window fabricator, over time especially in humid rooms like bathrooms and kitchens the grease can dry out quicker than other windows, periodically it's best to spray in the slots where the cams slide sideways but you'll struggle to get and meaningful lube in the gearbox itself but it doesn't hurt to try in any gap you might see
