Hi, I have some rendered garden walls that are supposed to be clean and white but spend at least half the year green! They are north facing and under overhanging trees.

As they are at my holiday lets I have to powerwash them every spring before the season starts and I repaint them every couple of years but frankly I'm fed up with this process.

How do I stop them going green?

Is there a wonder sealer/cleaner and special paint I need to use?

Thanks

Potassium silicate masonry paint is your best bet, because of its alkalinity moss, lichen etc cannot live on it.
