I will shortly be building a long thin detached garage and workshop and intend to put an epdm roof on it with the medium term view being to later cover this with seedum matting etc to form a green roof.
It will be an almost flat roof with parapet wall on the side nearest the boundary with a shallow 5 deg ish fall over approx 4m to the other wall. Has anyone had any first hand experience fitting a green roof? I'm particularly interested in the edge detailing with my plan being a secret gutter formed with the epdm.
