Green spotting on new fence

I have just had this fence installed two weeks ago and there are clear blemishes appearing on the wood on some of the panels( especially this under the tree) The fence hasn't been painted but I thought it had been pressure treated. Does anyone know what this is and whether I can do anything about it?it's not mildew and doesn't scratch away, it's actually on the wood, almost as if the paint on the fence is mottling.

it's the pressure treated compound coming out - very common.

Just leave it…….normal rules around pressure treated wood is that you dont treat it until it starts to grey and the naturals oils have run out. Otherwise the paint or stains just peel off with the oils
