I'll be interested in any fix for this as it happens to one of mine too. I got two, one gives an occasional drip the othe is absolutely fine.
I've put it down to water pressure for now. I also have some water knock to sort out

1. If the leak is a few drips for up to 30 minutes after the shower is stopped, and then ceases, it ill be the water in the shower head / hose coming out. Nothing to be done.
2. If it leaks continuously, albeit slowly, all the time, then the flow rate control needs addressing.
2.1 Isolate water, remove knob and remove flow rate valve valve.
2.2 Try soaking valve in de-scaling fluid (e.g. Kilrock) for 15 minutes, or white vinegar for a few hours.
2.3 Refit and try. If its OK you are on a winner.
2.4 If the above doesn't work, replace valve.
3. Your shower looks like a Grohe Grohtherm. If so the new valve will be an "Aquadimmer" part no. 49084000. But CHECK first.
