Gainsborough Shower Head Leak

We had a Gainsborough Stanza 9.5 Electric shower fitted last week and have noticed a drip from the shower head - which seems to be getting worse. Is there anything easy we can check ourselves before contacting the company? We took off the shower head and are hanging the hose downwards but it is still dripping slightly. the shower head was full of water when we took it off.

It doesn't sound like it's the shower head - water is getting through from the main unit. Therefore contact the company.
