Took delivery of a Grohe Avensys modern EV shower yesterday. Not plumbed in yet, but inspecting it in the packaging, the flow lever is really stiff. I struggled to move it the first inch or so - my wife has arthritis in the wrist and can hardly move it. I wondered whether its faulty, or if it can be adjusted?
Anyone any experience?
