Hi,

I have a Grohtherm Wireless shower, high pressure if it makes a difference. It's been working fine for over a year. I now get a message Service 01 on the remote. I have looked into this online, and it suggests either there is no power to the main unit or the batteries are low in the remote.

I have replaced the batteries in the remote and checked the fuse for the main unit and it's fine. There's an LED on the unit under the data cover and that's lit, so obviously it's getting power.

Is there anything I can try?
