Can I lay plastic piping (with 25mm climaflex insluation) directly on to the ground under a timber floor? I can go through gaps in the sleeper walls at ground level. I can't go through the joists as the (new) floor insulation doesn't leave enoigh space.

Grateful for any help. Thanks.

I suppose you could, but assuming you have a suspended floor??? why not clip the pipes to the underside of the joists? One problem with laying them on the floor is that mice/rats can get at them easily and they just love to chew insulation and plastic pipe fittings.
