There are 2 points on the ground floor leaking when heavy rain. Interior of dining room wall and above kitchen/conservatory door. Conservatory has a new roof and all flashings and seals have been checked. The red line on image is where eaves felt is damaged and sagging between rafters. The green cross is blistered paint on internal wall and external face. Old holes from outside satalite dish has been filled in in this area. The 2 red crosses is where water leaks in. The other 2 pics are patches left from old conservatory flashing and now sealed with sealant. What is the connection and cause for the drips of water?

Is it the original render or is it that plant on external insulation stuff that’s rendered over which is about as watertight as a sponge.

Original render. Could the leaking eaves felt drip water down the cavity and escape at groundfloor ceiling level?
