Groundworks cost?

Can someone please tell me very very approximately what I should expect the Groundworks to cost? Footings & foundations up to Damp. I have a quote and I'm shocked at the cost so wondered if I am way out or if they saw me coming.

The house is 90m2 double storey then there is a single storey of 45m2.

Really?! We're not actually far from Stoke so we don't pay London prices here. How much does concrete on average cost per metre then? Apart from digging & the drainage material im struggling to see where £20k goes for 3 days work it's baffling me?

Someone has told you they are going to complete all groundworks up to DPC, on the size specified in three days?

I think I smell something funny and it ain't the truth I'm sniffin. The setting out and digging and concreting alone will take a week.
