I've recently had my bathroom tiled, but the tiler left the grout on too long. My nice new stone coloured matt tiles are covered in grey grout. I would be grateful for any suggestions in how to remove.

Sorry you got done by a dodgy tiling bloke...
I would get him back an , if he doesnt agree keep pestering him ...an then county court summons ....
or do as gcol says /my tip ....
