Grundfos pump UPS 18 60 failed

I have the feeling that our CH pump has failed. Today the heating was on and some radiators warmed up, but then there was no more. The pump is humming but I cannot feel / hear any pump action. Also the cylinder temperature is not rising much despite the boiler being nice and hot and the pilot being on.

What would be an adequate replacement for this pump?

Just looking on the internet, is the Grundfos UPS3 15 50/65 o.k.
Does the "UPS3 installer plug" come as part of the package for the electrical connection?
